Important Information for Your Stay at Bella Vista Apartments

Please note that the elevator is currently out of service as we work on installing a new, wheelchair-accessible system. In the meantime, guests will need to climb the stairs to reach the apartments. The staircase is well-lit and manageable, but we recommend considering this if you have mobility concerns.

Additionally, Bella Vista Apartments are located within Lucca’s historic ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), meaning cars cannot be driven directly to the entrance without a ZTL permit. We recommend parking in one of the nearby public car parks outside the city walls and enjoying the short walk through Lucca’s charming streets.
